Off The Beaten Path TRIP
Let me take you for an incredible adventure in the original Polish car, “Nysa 522”, symbol of the Polish Communist times.
You will travel trough time from the pre-war district of Praga to the socialist centre of Warsaw. See what kind of gifts “Uncle Stalin” has left us...
Experience socialism through typical for this bygone era blocks of flats, monumental palaces, squares, sculptures and much more! You will see different faces of Warsaw: from the yards of the 19th century tenement houses, through the Constitution Square, Palace of Culture and Science, the street of the Jewish ghetto which has survived to our times, to pre-war Praga on the other side of the Vistula River.
After the first part, before exploring Praga, we will stop for a traditional aperitif with vodka tasting. You will have a while to relax and see some pictures from the époque.
In Praga we are going to do things that regular tourists never do. From a bazaar, where in the past you could buy almost everything, even a tank as the legend has it, through the gates where time stopped before the Second World War, to the old “Koneser” Vodka Factory which is slowly turning into the artistic centre of Praga.

Sometimes you can come across the famous Praga Band which will play a song or two just for you!
After this tour full of surprises and emotions you will have a chance to chill out in a real socialist bar whilst devouring a typical Polish lunch.
